Newman Lognion is the Founder of Covenant Quality Solutions, bringing more than 15 years of Quality Assurance and Quality Control leadership across industrial construction, manufacturing, fabrication, utility, power generation, petrochemical, government, defense, and nuclear projects.

Throughout his career, Newman has supported complex, high-consequence projects across North America, the Middle East, and Europe, helping organizations strengthen quality systems, improve operational processes, prepare for audits and code compliance, and provide quality leadership from project planning through final turnover.

His professional expertise includes quality management systems, inspections, non-destructive testing, supplier quality, document control, risk assessments, process improvement, and team development. His industry experience spans LNG, refineries, chemical facilities, nuclear projects, modular fabrication, pressure vessel and boiler manufacturing, marine propulsion, armored vehicle fabrication, structural steel fabrication, and commercial construction.
